Gold-filled jewelry is crafted with a thick layer of real gold (5%) permanently bonded to jewelers' brass (95%). Unlike gold plating, this durable bond ensures the gold won’t wear off, and gold-filled pieces contain 100x more gold than plated options.
Durable and versatile, sterling silver is ideal for everyday wear. Feel free to wear it at the gym, in the shower, or while you sleep. It’s also hypoallergenic, making it a great option for those with sensitive skin. While sterling silver may tarnish over time due to oxidation from exposure to air, wearing it regularly and getting it wet can actually help prevent tarnishing. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping your piece in a sealed zip bag when not in use.

We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 15 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipment.

All jewelry orders are carefully handmade or inspected before being shipped. Our processing time is 10-14 calendar days from the moment your order is placed. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in each piece.

Every piece is designed to be part of your daily life, gaining character as it becomes a treasured keepsake to share with your loved ones. Showering with your jewelry is perfectly fine, but as with all fine jewelry, avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine or saltwater, which can accelerate tarnishing.
Use the polishing cloth provided, and don’t worry if black residue appears - this is normal and part of removing tarnish. Once polished, rinse with warm soapy water to remove any residue before wearing.
