Sterling silver is a high-quality alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, typically copper.

It’s also hypoallergenic, making it a great option for those with sensitive skin. While sterling silver may tarnish over time due to oxidation from exposure to air, wearing it regularly and getting it wet can actually help prevent tarnishing. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping your piece in a sealed zip bag when not in use.

Sizing
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your wrist to determine your ideal size.
No measuring tape? No problem! Use a string - wrap it around your wrist, mark or cut it to size, then measure the string with a ruler.
For the best fit, measure just above your wrist bone. This ensures your bracelet will slip on easily while resting comfortably, with enough room for natural movement.
Our standard sizes are:
• Infant: 4"
• Youth: 5"
• Women’s Standard: 6"
• Men’s Standard: 7.5"
The sizes displayed when selecting a product are based on your wrist size, and this standard list is simply a guide. We also offer sizes in various increments and custom sizing. To request a custom size, complete our form under Additional Information, and we’ll create a piece just for you.

Tarnishing is Natural:
Sterling silver develops a beautiful patina over time as it mixes with the air. To preserve its shine, store your piece in the airtight bag provided.
Polishing is Simple:
Use the polishing cloth provided, and don’t worry if black residue appears—this is normal and part of removing tarnish. Once polished, rinse with warm soapy water to remove any residue before wearing.
Daily wear is Encouraged:
Showering with your jewelry is perfectly fine, but as with all fine jewelry, avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine or saltwater, which can accelerate tarnishing.
Orders
All jewelry orders are carefully handmade or inspected before being shipped. Our processing time is 10-14 calendar days from the moment your order is placed. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in each piece.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help!
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change. However, once the order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to modify the address.

Shipping & returns
After your order is processed, it will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier used.
Estimated shipping times for standard economy shipping are 3-8 business days for domestic orders.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather delays, holidays, or customs processing for international shipments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
We are currently not offering international shipping on a standard basis but will complete orders as special requests. Please contact us for more information!
We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 15 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipment.
Please reach out to us at humbleheritageco@gmail.com or through our contact page to request a return or exchange. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. After approval, we will process your refund or exchange.
